Selina Chau

Designer

As a designer fascinated by the relationship between the built and natural environment, Selina is passionate about envisioning a healthier, more sustainable urban future. Selina is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Architecture and Landscape Architecture (MARCLA) at UBC SALA. She has been working with CALP to develop and adapt visual tools and conversation guides to support local community engagement projects. This includes Surrey’s Urban Heat Ready project and Oak Bay’s Citizen’s Coolkit. She is also currently responsible for managing CALP’s social media and communication channels. From designing promotional materials to creating future landscape visualizations, Selina enjoys working on projects that challenge her skills in graphic representation and digital media. She hopes to apply her architecture and landscape design background to support CALP’s efforts in engaging communities and mobilizing local climate action.
